Black Tea

Black tea is a dark tea prepared from fresh tea leaves that have been withered, rolled, fully oxidized and fired. Bold in flavor and sweet in aroma, black tea is at once stimulating and soothing. Best to steep black teas for 4-5 minutes.

Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is in between green and black tea where the leaves are partially oxidized, then fired. Oolongs present a wide range of colors; pale gold to light green and burnt sienna. They are light in the cup with distinct aromas.
