Central American Coffee

The best Central American coffees traditionally hail from  Costa Rica,  Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Mexico. Most of Central America rests atop the Caribbean Plate whose region is geologically active with volcanic eruptions and earthquakes, creating beautifully fertile soils. Mane, founder of Vermont Artisan, frequently travels to these countries where he is an International cupping judge, tasting and discovering the best harvests.
